In accordance with the European Union’s (the “EU”) Digital Services Act (https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/digital-services-act-package) (the “DSA”), gC Game Inc. (“gC Games”) provides the following information.
gC Games’ legal representative located in the Member State of the EU for purposes of the DSA is the following designated representatives. This appointed representative may be contacted by official government entities regarding DSA related matters, gC Games and its applications and services.

In accordance with the transparency reporting requirements Articles 15 and 24 of the EU’s DSA (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), gC Games publishes its transparency report(s) (hereinafter “Report(s)”) in relation to the following applications and services, covering its player base in the EU. The Reports contains information for the relevant reporting periods (hereinafter the “Reporting Period”). The Report(s) may be viewed at the official website for the following applications and services.
gC Games committed to ensuring a safe space for its players and gaming community by tackling any illegal content in its applications and services pursuant to its Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be view at. Pursuant to the DSA, gC Games provides several safety-related functions and features in its applications and services to players who are residents of Member States of the EU.
If a player is a resident of a Member State of the EU, such player may report suspected illegal content to gC Games according to gC Games’ normal procedures via its in-game customer service inquiry system in its applications and services.
When reporting content violating the EU's DSA, players should use the "customer inquiry" button in its applications and services. Players should state the most appropriate reason from on report form, provide a detailed description including the relevant law, country and specifics of the violation (for example, terrorism; nudity or sexually explicit; hateful conduct; bullying or harassment; violence or gore; self-harm; spam, scams or bots; impersonation phishing; disclosing personal information of another player; protection of minors; other violation of Terms of Service), and submit his or her report to gC Games via this in-app method.
Upon receiving such reports, gC Games internal customer service teams review and evaluate such reports and accordingly take actions against offending players and send a decision response to players who are EU residents.
Now, players who are residents of the Member States of the EU may also appeal gC Games’ decisions on those reports. If a player receives an enforcement action due to posting illegal content in gC Games’ applications and services, such player may appeal that decision, and such player may be able to utilize other legal methods for seeking redress pursuant to the DSA in the EU.
To its knowledge, gC Games has received 0 orders from an EU Member State during the Reporting Period to act against and/or provide information in relation to illegal content in its applications and services.
gC Games may also carry out content moderation of its own initiative from time to time in relation to its applications and services.
Out-of-court dispute settlement bodies in the EU that have been certified under Article 21 of the DSA can contact gC Games directly to submit a dispute from a player of gC Games’ applications and services to gC Games via its online web form for inquiries on its official website for its application and services. Please note that this web form is only for communications from authorized representatives of certified bodies in the EU, and gC Games will not respond to communications from others.
